1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using The Smartify AI (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans grant access to premium features for the stated duration. Payments are processed via Cashfree. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise and are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated.

5. Refund Policy

Given the digital nature of the Service and immediate access to content upon payment, fees are generally non-refundable. For billing errors or duplicate charges, contact admin@thesmartifyai.com within 7 days.

6. Acceptable Use

  • Do not share, resell, or redistribute Service content.
  • Do not scrape, reverse engineer, or abuse the Service.
  • Do not use the Service for unlawful or harmful purposes.
  • Do not share your account with other users.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including notes, cheat sheets, MCQs, analyses, and UI, is owned by The Smartify AI or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal exam preparation only.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee any specific examination outcome. UPSC and exam-related trademarks belong to their respective owners; we are not affiliated with UPSC.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Smartify AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
